摘要
针对高职大学生就业现状,研究高职大学生就业焦虑、心理弹性与社会支持的关系.采用高职大学生就业焦虑问卷、成人心理弹性量表和社会支持评定量表,对重庆市5所高职院校的457名高职大学生进行了调查.相关分析表明:高职大学生的社会支持与心理弹性存在显著正相关;就业焦虑和心理弹性与社会支持分别存在显著负相关;心理弹性在社会支持对就业焦虑的影响中起到部分中介作用.缓解高职大学生的就业焦虑,需要不断提升其心理弹性水平,逐步构建完善的社会支持系统.
To analyze the relationship between the Employment anxiety,psychological resilience and social support of higher vocational college students,and to provide a reference for improving the employment status of vocational college students.457 vocational college students from 5 vocational colleges in Chongqing were investigated by using the questionnaire of the Vocational College Students＇Employment anxiety,psychological resilience scale of adults and the social support rating scale.The correlation analysis showed that there were significant positive correlation between social support and psychological resilience of higher vocational college students,and there were significant negative correlation between Employment anxiety and psychological resilience and social support.Psychological resilience plays an intermediary role in the effect of social support on the Employment anxiety.To ease the Employment Anxiety of higher vocational college students,we need to continuously improve their level of resilience and gradually build a perfect social support system.
