摘要
为提高火电厂尿素水解制氨工艺经济性,开展了高浓度尿素水解制氨试验研究,比较分析了不同尿素条件下水解装置的运行特性。结果表明:提高给料尿素溶液质量分数,反应液中尿素质量分数增加,产品气中氨体积分数上升,单位产氨热耗显著下降,但同时会增加设备腐蚀及结晶堵塞的风险;不同给料尿素溶液质量分数条件下尿素水解反应的指前因子和活化能参数变化很小。该研究为提高火电厂烟气脱硝用尿素水解装置的经济性提供参考。
In order to improve the economy of urea hydrolysis process in thermal power plants,the experiments of producing ammonia by high concentration urea hydrolysis were conducted.The operating characteristics of the hydrolysis reactor under conditions with different feed concentrations were compared.The results show that,when the urea concentration in feed was increased,the urea concentration in the reactor and the ammonia concentration in the product gas increased,while the heat consumption decreased.The risk of corrosion and crystallization blockage also increased in high concentration.The urea concentration in feed had no obvious effect on frequency factor and activation energy of the urea hydrolysis reaction.
