基于MSP430的大面积电阻式触摸屏信号检测电路的设计

摘要 对大面积电阻式触摸屏信号检测电路进行硬件设计和软件编程,实现大面积电阻式触摸屏作为输入装置,通过电阻屏控制芯片ADS7846,MSP430单片机为核心控制器,实现数据的接收、处理和发送功能,通过上位机MATLab工具GUI中一个友好界面显示其功能。硬件设计包括大面积电阻触摸屏、触摸屏控制器和单片机之间的连接、计算机接口设计、单片机与上位机通信设计;软件设计主要包括电阻屏线性校正、单片机对电阻屏控制器的编程设计、单片机与上位机通信编程设计和上位机软件编程设计。通过测试,系统具有较好的应用效果。 Hardware design and software programming of signal detecting circuit for large-area resistive touch screen are proposed in this paper, the purpose of which is to achieve the functions of data receiving, processing and sending with large-area resistive touch screen as input device through the application of ADS7846 as resistive screen controller and microcontroller MSP430 as the core and displaying on the user-friendly PC GUI interface. Hardware design includes connection circuit among the large-area resistive touch screen, touch screen controller and microcontroller, computer interface circuit, communication circuit between microcontroller and PC. Software design includes linearity correction program of the resistive screen, microcontroller program for controlling the resistive screen controller, communication program between microcontroller and PC and PC software.The test results of system show that the system has good effects on the application
