摘要
注蒸汽热采是稠油开发的主要技术手段,将注汽锅炉产生的高压蒸汽通过注汽管线注入到地下油层,以降低稠油黏度,便于开采。吞吐和汽驱要求井底蒸汽干度≥50%,SAGD要求井底蒸汽干度≥90%,随着采油新技术的应用,对注汽品质也提出了更高的要求,如何减少热量散失和压力损失、确保蒸汽高效注入地层,对超稠油开发尤为重要。在理论计算的基础上,通过多方案对比的方法,对过热注汽管线优化设计进行了系统的研究和分析,结合目前过热注汽管网现状,阐述了过热注汽管线的管材、保温和热补偿等方面的优化方式,大口径注汽管线材质选用Q345E,热补偿采用旋转补偿器更为合理,保温采用气凝胶隔热毡作为主体具有较好的节能效果。
Thermal steam injection recovery is the main technical means of heavy oil development.The high pressure steam produced by steam injection boiler can be injected into the underground oil layer through the steam injection pipeline to reduce the viscosity of the heavy oil,which is convenient for mining.Huff and puff and steam drive requires steam quality is not less than 50%,SAGD requires steam quality is not less than 90%.As long as the application of new production technologies, the higher requirement for the quality of injection steam is put forward. It' s important to ensure the injection efficiency and reduce the heat loss and pressure loss for super heavy oil development. Based on the theoretical calculation,through the method of multi-scheme comparison,overheat steam injection pipeline optimization design were systematic research and analysis in this paper.Combining the current situation of overheat steam injection pipe network, optimization methods of the overheat steam injection pipeline material, insulation, thermal compensation were put forward. Q345E is the applicable material of large diameter steam injection pipeline,rotary compensator is more suitable for the thermal compensation, and the aerogel insulation felt as the main body has a good energy-saving effect.
