介绍了铜冶炼富氧底吹炉电收尘器的入口烟气特点、设备结构设计及运行情况。针对运行中存在的不正常现象,从烟气条件、工艺操作、设备维护等方面分析了电收尘器的故障影响因素,并采取了针对性整改措施以确保电收尘器平稳持续运行。
Features of the inlet smelter gas, equipment configuration and operation of an electrostatic precipitator on an oxygen-enriched bottom-blowing copper smelting furnace are described. According to the existing abnormal operation, factors such as flue gas conditions, process control and maintenance which caused the operation failure of the electrostatic precipitator are analyzed, and corrective measures were taken to ensure steady operation of the electrostatic precipitator.
