摘要
科技投入与经济增长之间存在着密不可分的联系,基于1995—2012年R&D经费支出、R&D人员数、资本投入与GDP的统计数据,利用广义柯布—道格拉斯生产函数、误差修正模型、VAR模型,分析各变量间的长期均衡关系及科技投入与经济增长之间的互动机制。研究表明:R&D经费内部支出是经济增长的源泉;经济系统具有稳定的长期均衡关系,存在显著的调节机制;R&D经费内部支出和经济增长互为格兰杰因果关系,R&D人员数不是引起经济增长的格兰杰原因;R&D经费内部支出对经济增长有显著的正向效应。最后,针对所得结论提出相应的政策建议。
There is close relationship between investment in science and technology and economic growth. Based on the statistics of RD spending, number of RD personnel, capital investment and GDP in 1995-2012, this paper uses the generalized Cobb- Douglas production function, error correction model, VAR model to analyze the long-term equilibrium relationship between the variables and the interaction mechanism between the science and technology investment and economic growth. Studies show that RD funds internal expenditure is the source of economic growth; economic system has a stable long-term equilibrium relation, and there is significant adjustment mechanism; RD funds internal expenditure and economic growth are granger causality, and RD personnel number is not the granger cause of economic growth; RD funds internal expenditure has a significant positive effect on economic growth. Finally,corresponding policy recommendations are put forward.
