摘要 集输站场噪声具有源点多、种类多、现场工艺设备复杂等特征。经监测分析,油田高噪声设备集中在泵房、压缩机房、锅炉间三类场所,根据生产实际、噪声源特性及周边环境,对噪声传播途径采用强吸声处理、隔声屏障、消声处理等降噪方案来实现噪声达标,现场实施结果表明,集输站场混响时间降低92%~95%,室内声级降低15~20dB(A),满足GB 12348—2008《工业企业厂界环境噪声排放标准》规定。 There are many characteristics for the noise of gathering and transportation station,such as multi source,multi species,complex field processing equipment and so on.And tests showed that high noise equipment most concentrated in the pump room,compressor room,boiler room.According to the actual production,the noise characteristics of source and the surroundings,the suitable noise route of transmission processing scheme was chosen to achieve noise standards,including strong acoustic treatment,sound barriers,noise reduction.And the on-site implementation results showed that the gathering station reverberation time reduced 92%-95%,the interior sound level reduced 15-20dB(A),which meet the requirements of Emission standards for Industrial Enterprises at Boundary'(GB 12348-2008).
