摘要
总结了对甲巯咪唑致粒细胞缺乏症患者实施优质护理的方法及应用效果。主要包括对23例使用甲巯咪唑致粒细胞缺乏症患者做好入院时、住院期间、出院时及出院后等优质护理服务。经过正确及时的诊治和主动、连续、全程、全面的优质护理,23例患者均康复出院,并对护理效果满意。认为优质护理能有效降低甲巯咪唑致粒细胞缺乏症,降低感染发生率,保证治疗的安全性和有效性,提高患者满意度。
This paper presented a summery on the methods and the application effect of high quality nursing to agranulocytosis caused by methimazole. We did high quality nursing services on the admission,duration of hospital stay,at discharge and after discharge. 23 patients were rehabilitated well and satisfied with the effect of nursing care. The result showed that high quality nursing can reduce the rate of agranulocytosis caused by methimazole,the incidence of infection and ensure the safety and efficacy of treatment,improve the patients＇ satisfaction.
