基于SUSTAIN模型的雨洪管理规划

摘要 在我国推行海绵城市的背景下,各地区开始大量建设雨洪管理项目,但缺乏科学合理的前期评估方法。笔者采用EPA开发的SUSTAIN模型作为载体,以福建农林大学下安校区作为研究基地,分析对比其在开发前、现状场景、雨洪措施规划场景下年径流削减和污染物削减情况,结果表明,基于SUSTAIN的雨洪管理措施能有效减少径流和污染物。 Under the background of the implementation of sponge city in China,several management projects on storm-water have been built in various regions.However,for the early projects,there seems to be a lack of scientific and reasonable evaluation process.This research,with the Xia’an cam-pus of Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University as a research base,adopts the EPA development SUSTAIN model,analyzes the scenes before the development,the present situation under the condi-tions of the storm-water management measures,and compares the yearly runoff reduction and pollu-tion reduction.It can be concluded that the storm-water management measures can effectively reduce runoff and pollution.
