摘要
器官移植是治疗终末期疾病的重要手段,而供体器官的质量是影响移植成功率的决定性因素。为了缓解供体器官短缺的问题,扩大标准的供者(ECD)器官移植不断增多,而ECD的热缺血时间增加,导致供体器官质量受到不同程度的损伤。研究表明,亚低温(32-35℃)有降低组织缺血再灌注及氧化应激损伤的作用,能有效地维护器官质量和修复器官损伤,是器官移植领域新的热点。本文就亚低温在器官质量保护中的应用进行综述。
Organ transplantation is an efficient therapy for patients with end-stage disease.However,the quality of donor organs is a crucial factor which affects the operation success rate.In order to alleviate the shortage of donor organs,the number of extended criteria donor(ECD)keeps increasing,but the warm ischemia time of ECD extended,its quality would reduce in different degree.Studies have shown that,mild hypothermia can maintain the quality of organs and repair the organic damage efficiently by reducing the ischemia-reperfusion and the oxidative stress injury,which is a hot spot in organ transplantation.This review mainly focuses on the application of mild hypothermia in organ quality protection.
