摘要
文章介绍了一种应用于柔性直流输电阀控系统的基于Xilinx Zynq7100 SoC芯片的电力故障录波监测装置的设计方案。Zynq7100 SoC芯片将高性能Kintex-7 FPGA和32位双核Cortex-A9 ARM处理器集成在单个芯片上,两者直接通过片内AXI4高速总线进行通信。FPGA负责录波数据的接收、解析,并通过片内总线将录波数据直接存储到片外大容量SDRAM中;ARM双核各自运行独立的应用程序,分工完成从SDRAM读取录波数据、录波启动判断和硬盘存储等任务。通过FPGA和同构多核处理器的无缝协作,可以将录波装置的数据接收、解析和存储的综合能力提升到5~6 Gbps的高速率。
This paper introduces the design of a flexible HVDC valve system is applied based on Xil- inx Zynq7100 SoC chip power fault recorder monitoring device. Zynq7100 SoC chip high - performance Kintex - 7 FPGA and 32 - bit dual - core ARM Cortex - A9 processor integrated on a single chip, both of which communicate directly via the on - chip high - speed bus AXI4. FPGA is responsible for record wave data receive, analysis, and through chip bus will record wave data directly store to a memory chip in large- capacity SDRAM; Cortex -A9 dual -core ARM processor, each running a separate applica- tion, the division of labor to complete read the record wave data from the SDRAM, record wave start jud- ging and hard disk storage tasks. By seamlessly coopertion of FPGA and homogeneous multicore processors, data can be recorded wave device receive, parse and store comprehensive ability to upgrade to a high rate of 5 - 6 Gbps.
