摘要
采用液液萃取法测定纺织品中禁用偶氮染料的含量,通过三因素三水平正交试验筛选出合适的萃取溶剂、溶剂用量和萃取时间。最终得出的最佳工艺条件为剥色后加入7.5 m L叔丁基甲醚,并振荡30 min进行萃取,萃取完成后吸取上层清液进行定量分析。
In this article, a liquid-liquid extraction method was applied to test the content of banned azo colorants. By using the three-factor ＆ three-level orthogonal experiment, an optimized method was obtained, which was that extracting with 7. 5 milliliter of tert-butyl methyl ether for 30 minutes and testing the supernatant solvent analytically.
