摘要
应用型本科高校是高校转型发展的重点,要实现转型发展的目标,培养社会需要的应用型人才,必须改革传统教学模式,加强实践教学环节,构建完善的实践教学体系。应用型本科高校实践教学体系具有相对独立性的特征,要切实发挥实践教学在人才培养中的作用,在构建实践教学体系时要遵循系统性、创新性、特色化、能力培养等原则,建立包括目标体系、内容体系、监控体系、师资保障体系在内的多因素、系统化的实践教学体系。
Application- oriented undergraduate colleges is the emphasis of college restructuring and development. To achieve the goal of transformation and development as well as cultivating applied talents for the social,the traditional teaching mode should be reformed,practice teaching should be strengthened,and practical teaching system should be perfected. Practice teaching system in application- oriented colleges have some characteristics like relative independency. Practice teaching should play a role in talents training. The principle of systematicness,innovativeness,characterization and ability cultivation should be kept in the construction of practice teaching system. The target is to establish a comprehensive and systematic practice teaching system including target system,content system,monitoring system and teachers safeguard system.
