摘要
USF-2000超声疲劳试验机设备上系统控制软件仅配有两种试样类型:圆弧形试样和缺口形试样。试样类型的欠缺极大地限制了超声疲劳试验机的应用。为了扩展超声疲劳试验技术的应用范围,本文给出了几种典型形状超声疲劳试样的尺寸设计方法,并将不同形状超声疲劳试样的应力转换成系统控制软件上的圆弧形试样对应的应力,利用现有的设备和软件完成了不同形状试样超声疲劳试验控制。
The control software of USF‐2000 ultrasonic fatigue test machine is only equipped with two kinds of specimen ,namely ,arc‐shaped and gap‐shaped specimen .The lack of specimen kinds greatly limits the application of ultrasonic fatigue testing machine .In order to extend the application of the ultrasonic fa‐tigue test technology ,the design of several typical kinds of specimen is recorded in the paper ,and the test stress of other kinds of specimen is converted to the corresponding stress of arc‐shaped specimen within the control software to accomplish the test control of other specimen .
