摘要
新疆伊犁河流域位于中国西部边陲,农业和生态灌溉主要依赖地表水源,由于受地理条件限制,该区地表水资源分布不均,四季供水情况浮动较大,极易出现春旱夏涝的情况。针对此,主要分析该流域水资源配置和优化调度,以期为解决新疆水资源紧缺问题提供参考。
Yili River basin in Xinjiang located in the western region in China. Agricultural and ecological irrigation in this region mainly depended on the surface water source due to the geographical conditions. Distribution of its surface water resources is uneven, and water supply floating situation in four seasons is bigger, which is easy to cause spring drought and summer flood situation. For this, this paper mainly analyzed water resources allocation and optimization scheduling in this basin in order to provide references for solving the problem of water shortage in Xinjiang.
