摘要
随着当今社会与科技的飞速发展,化工行业对工程技术人才的要求越来越高,尤其是创新能力。文章结合广西地区高校化工专业学生的特点,提出了培养化工类专业学生创新创业能力的三大途径:首先树立正确的创新创业教育理念,其次构建创新创业师资队伍,最后提供创新创业平台。通过这三种途径有望能提高广西地区化工类学生的双创能力,提高毕业生的就业核心竞争力,为化工行业输送合格的人才。
The technical personnel are more and more requirement of chemical industry engineering, especially the innovation ability, as the rapid development of science and technology. Combining with the characteristics of chemical professional students in the Guangxi, three major ways were put forward to cultivation of chemical engineering students＇ innovative ability： first, set up the correct education idea, second build innovative entrepreneurial faculty of teacher, finally provides platform for innovation, which is expected to improve the students＇ ability in Guangxi, improve core competitiveness of graduates employment, and providing qualified talents for chemical industry.
