摘要
建立了液相色谱法测定喹乙醇的不确定度评定的数学模型,全面考虑了测量过程中的不确定度来源,同时对各不确定度分量进行合成和扩展。得出其主要的不确定度因素来源于重复测定、非线性范围以及移液器引入的不确定度。
A mathematical model for evaluation of the uncertainty for detection of olaquindox residues in Pork Liver by Liquid Chromatography was established. The main source of uncertainty and evaluation method in the process of measuring was discussed. The uncertainty result report for detection olaquindox residues in Pork Liver was obtained by analyzing the sources of uncertainty in determination and calculating uncertainty components and relative synthetic uncertainty and expanding uncertainty. The results showed that the source of the uncertainty came from pipettes, the replicate determinations and the non-linear range.
