摘要
目的分析北京市房山区放射工作人员外照射个人剂量监测结果,探讨其变化趋势及放射防护措施效果。方法采用热释光个人剂量计常规监测方法,对房山区2010-2014年1 632名放射工作人员的外照射个人剂量进行分析比较不同机构、不同工种工作人员所受电离辐射水平差异,并分析监测结果高值的原因。结果 5年间房山区放射工作人员的外照射人均年有效剂量为0.31 m Sv/a,二级医院年均有效剂量为0.38 m Sv/a,介入治疗工作人员的年均有效剂量最高,为0.55 m Sv/a。结论房山区放射工作人员的外照射年均有效剂量处于国家标准规定限值的较低水平,其中二级医院、介入治疗应作为放射防护的重点,同时应加强放射工作人员的自我保护意识。
Objective To analyze the monitoring results of personal external exposure doses of radiation workers in Fangshan District of Beijing and investigate the variation trends and effects of radiation protection measures.Methods Using the routine monitoring method with thermoluminescence personal dosimeters,the external exposure doses of 1 632 radiation workers in Fangshan District over 2010 to 2014 were measured and analyzed.Ionizing irradiation levels workers in different institutions and of different work types were exposed to were compared,and causes of high monitoring values were analyzed. Results The average annual effective dose per person of radiation workers in Fangshan District over the 5 years was 0. 31 m Sv / a. The average annual effective dose of workers in grade- II hospitals was 0. 38 m Sv / a; the average annual effective dose of workers undertaking interventional therapy was the highest( 0. 55 m Sv / a). Conclusion The average annual effective external exposure doses of workers in Fangshan district were at low levels of limits in the national standard. Workers in grade- II hospitals and interventional treatment workers should be taken as key targets of radiation protection,and radiation workers' awareness of self- protection should be enhanced.
