X80钢在近中性pH溶液中的应力腐蚀开裂行为 被引量:3

摘要 采用慢应变速率拉伸(SSRT)试验研究了X80钢在近中性的NS4溶液中的应力腐蚀行为与敏感性。结果表明:X80钢在NS4溶液中拉伸时塑性损失大于强度损失;X80钢在空气中断口为韧窝-微孔型形貌,属于典型的韧性断裂特征;在NS4溶液中拉伸断口特征与管线钢在近中性环境中的SCC特征一致,断口形貌为韧性-脆性混合断口,属于穿晶SCC断裂。 Slow strain rate testing( SSRT) were employed to study the stress corrosion cracking( SCC) behavior of X80 steel in NS4 solutions. The results show that the plastic loss of X80 steel is higher than strength loss; The tensile fracture characteristics of X80 is toughening nest-microporous in the air,belongs to typical characteristics of ductile fracture. The tensile fracture characteristics of X80 steel in NS4 solutions are consistent with SCC characteristics of pipeline steel in neutral environment,the fracture morphology is toughness-brittle,belongs to the trans granular SCC fracture.
