摘要
目的:简化传统领药模式,科学、合理计划门诊药房药品库存,防止库存积压,提高药师工作效率。方法:使用药品库存上、下限预警系统,统计并分析新旧模式药品库存指标和工作量指标。结果:使用新模式请领系统,灵活药品周转,防止积压,缩短工作时长,提高工作效率。结论:药品库存上、下限预警系统的应用,优化领药流程,缩短申请时间,加快药品周转,提高工作效率,减轻药师工作量。
OBJECTIVE To simplify the traditional drugs delivery model,control the limits of stock drugs in outpatient pharmacy scientifically and reasonablly,avoid the stock backlog and improve the work efficiency of the pharmacist.METHODS The new program ＂the upper and lower limit alarm system of drug stocks＂ was used to analyze the index of stock drugs and workload in new and old models.RESULTS Speeding up turnover of drugs,avoiding the drug overstocks,shortening the application time and improving the work efficiency by the application of new delivery system.CONCLUSION Optimizing the process of drug delivery,shortening the application time,accelerating the drug turnover,improving the work efficiency and alleviating the workload of the pharmacist by ＂the upper and lower limit alarm system of drug stocks＂.
