3D打印技术在制作人工髋关节置换术后感染临时间隔器中的临床应用 被引量:23

摘要 [目的]探讨利用3D打印技术在制作人工髋关节置换术后感染临时间隔器的临床应用效果。[方法]回顾性分析本院骨科2012年12月~2014年12月治疗的初次髋关节置换术后感染患者6例。手术分二期进行,一期手术取出假体并彻底清创,放置利用3D打印技术制作的临时抗生素骨水泥占位器,术后根据细菌培养结果给予静脉及口服抗生素治疗,一期手术后4~12个月待感染控制后进行二期翻修术,术后对髋关节功能采用Harris评分进行评价。[结果]6例患者均获得随访,随访时间12~28个月,所有患者手术切口均一期愈合,无关节感染复发。术后Harris评分较术前明显提高。[结论]术中彻底清创是控制感染的前提,合适的临时间隔器是获得后期功能的关键所在,应用3D打印技术制作的临时抗生素骨水泥占位器具有符合个体化、手术时间短、便于二期翻修、术后关节功能好、费用低的特点,值得临床推广应用。
