摘要
目的以传统钴铬烤瓷冠为对照,通过测定完全边缘缝隙,研究De Bel生物激光烤瓷冠的边缘适合性。方法制作上颌第一磨牙全冠牙体制备标准金属代型1个,复制并灌注20个石膏模型后,制作De Bel生物激光烤瓷冠和传统钴铬烤瓷冠各10个。加工完成后,将修复体在金属代型上就位,采用双色硅橡胶法复制修复体内表面与代型外表面之间的间隙大小,并将获得的硅橡胶块沿冠的颊舌向及近远中向的中线切开,分为4份。体视显微镜下,采集每个剖面上修复体边缘位置的数码图像,并测量两组钴铬烤瓷冠的完全边缘缝隙。最后计算各组10个样本的平均值,采用SPSS 19.0软件包对数据进行统计学处理。结果 De Bel生物激光烤瓷冠与传统钴铬烤瓷冠的完全边缘缝隙分别为77.13士8.30μm和95.96士9.00μm,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 De Bel生物激光烤瓷与传统钴铬烤瓷冠的边缘适合性均在临床可接受范围,但前者的边缘适合性更好。
Objective To determine the marginal adaption of De Bel laser ceramic crowns as compared with that of the traditional Cobalt-chromium metal-ceramic crowns. Method Firstly,twenty working dies were created from a single master die and used to fabricate twenty copings. Then,De Bel laser ceramic crowns( n = 10) and traditional Cobalt-chromium metal-ceramic crowns( n = 10) were made. The restorations were seated on the master die. Bicolor silicone rubber replica method was used to record the gap between the crown and the die. High-resolution digital photographs were made and absolute marginal discrepancy was then measured with a calibrated digital software program. Findings Absolute marginal discrepancy was 77. 13 士 8. 30 μm in De Bel laser ceramic crowns while it was 95. 96 士 9. 00μm in traditional Cobaltchromium metal-ceramic crowns. The difference between them was statistically significant( P〈0. 05). Conclusion Both De Bel laser ceramic crowns and traditional Cobalt-chromium metal-ceramic crowns produce acceptable marginal adaptation in clinical practice. However,the former produces better marginal adaptation than the latter.
