摘要
变压吸附装置长周期稳定运行的关键在于程控阀安全无故障。程控阀故障不但会影响产品气的收率和产品气纯度,还会造成严重的设备事故。本文通过对一起程控阀故障的分析,简要介绍其常见故障,并提出对装置长周期运行和安全保障的个人见解。
