摘要
目的:探讨快速康复外科护理对无张力腹股沟疝修补术患者术后恢复及护理满意度的影响,提高护理质量。方法:2014年7月至2015年7月选择符合标准的患者80例,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各40例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予快速康复外科护理,观察胃肠功能及日常生活恢复时间、术后疼痛程度及护理满意度。结果:观察组患者术后肠鸣音恢复时间、术后首次肛门排气时间、进食时间、下床活动时间和恢复日常活动时间均短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后1d和3d手术区域疼痛VAS评分均低于对照组,康复效率高于对照组,疼痛持续时间短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组非常满意28例、满意10例、不满意2例和满意度95.00%,对照组患者非常满意17例、满意14例、不满意9例和满意度77.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:快速康复外科护理能加速无张力腹股沟疝修补术患者术后康复,减轻术后疼痛,提高护理满意度及护理质量。
Objective： To investigate the effect of fast-track rehabilitation surgical care on the degree of satisfaction to the nursing care and postoperative recovery to elevate the quality of nursing care in patients with tension-free repair of inguinal hernia. Methods： A total of 80 eligible patients hospitalized in our hospital from July 2014 to July 2015 were selected,and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 40 patients in each group. The control group was given usual care,while the observation group given fast- track rehabilitation surgical care,and the recovery times to gastrointestinal function and daily life,postoperative pain degree,and degree of satisfaction to the nursing cares were observed. Results： The patients of the observation group had significantly shorter postoperative recovery time in bowel sound,initial postoperative times to passage of gas by anus,food intake,and out-of-bed activity,and recovery time to daily life（ all P〈0.05）; the observation group had significantly lower pain VAS scores in the operative region at 1d and 3d after the surgery,significantly higher rehabilitation efficiency,and significantly shorter durante dolors than the control group（ all P〈0.05）; The numbers of patients of the observation group who were very satisfied,satisfied,dissatisfied to the nursing care,and degree of satisfaction were 28 cases,10 cases,2 cases and 95.00%,respectively; while those of the control group were 17 cases,14 cases,9 cases,and 77.50%,respectively; and the differences were statistically significant（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Fast-track rehabilitation surgical care can quicken the postoperative rehabilitation,lighten the postoperative pain,and elevate the degree of satisfaction to the nursing care and quality of nursing care in patients with tension-free repair of inguinal hernia.
