摘要
伴随着中国国内经济稳步进入新常态,如何寻找下一个经济增长引擎成为亟需解决的问题,而自由贸易园区的应运而生为解决该问题提供了新思路。随着沿海省市试点的铺开,身为西部欠发达地区重要一极的贵州能否吸收上海、广东、福建、天津等自贸区的现行先试经验,依托自由贸易园区的助力实现后发赶超、弯道超车,事关能否如期实现全国同步小康的伟大愿景。基于此,本文选择贵州内陆自由贸易园区建设模式作为切入点,选取印度诺伊达及以上海自贸区为例进行综合探讨,期望其发展经验能为贵州内陆自由贸易园区建设提供一定经验借鉴。
Along with China＇s domestic economy steadily entering into the new normal, how to find the next engine which can promote the economic growth has become an urgent problem, just at this time, free trade zone came into being a new idea to solve the problem. With the pilot roll-out in coastal provinces, Guizhou, as an important pole of western regions which is less developed, whether Guizhou can absorb the existing experience of Shanghai, Guangdong, Fujian and Tianjin free trade zones, rely on the free trade zone to help itself catching up, even surpassing other provinces, concerns whether China can achieve the aspirations of well-off life vision. Based on this, this paper selects the inland free trade zone construction mode of Guizhou as a starting point, takes Noida and Shanghai as examples to give a comprehensive discussion, and expects their development experience can provide some enlightenment for the construction mode of inland free trade zone in Guizhou.
