摘要
以神东矿区某矿大采高综放42105工作面为背景,采用现场实测、理论分析和相似模拟等方法对工作面矿压和顶板破断特征进行分析,并得出更合理的液压支架工作阻力。结果表明,随着采高的增大,覆岩最下位关键层易进入垮落带,不能形成"砌体梁"结构,呈现"悬臂梁"的周期破断特征。提出了重复采动下大采高综放面下位关键层以"悬臂梁"形式破断时支架工作阻力的确定方法,并依此确定了42105工作面支架的合理工作阻力为19 800 k N。
In god big mining height are broken fully- mechanized working face 42105 as the background in Shendong Mining Area,using methods such as field measurement,the theory analysis and analog simulation of underground pressure and roof breakage characteristics is analyzed,and a more reasonable hydraulic support working resistance are obtained. The results show that with the increase of mining height are broken,the next key strata easily into the caving zone,cannot form " masonry beam structure," present " cantilever" breaking the cycle characteristics. Repeating mining is put forward under the large mining height are broken fully- mechanized face under a key stratum in the form of " cantilever" to determine the support working resistance when the breaking method,by which the42105 working face is determined the reasonable working resistance of 19 800 k N.
