摘要
目的:探讨儿童手足口病的实验室指标特征与病情进展的相关分析。方法:对56例重症及危重症手足口病患儿相关实验室指标进行分析。结果:儿童手足口病患儿白细胞计数、C-反应蛋白、血糖、中性粒细胞百分比均有明显升高,血气分析提示酸中毒,白细胞与总病程时间呈现负低度相关(r=-0.368,P〈0.05);中性粒细胞百分比与1~2期时间呈现负低度相关(r=-0.29,P〈0.05);血气分析p H值与1~2期时间呈现正低度相关(r=0.317,P〈0.05);而C-反应蛋白、血糖、血气分析BE值与病程长短及疾病进展时间均无明显相关性。结论:白细胞值升高是1期发展到3期的危险因素,中性粒细胞百分比升高及血气分析p H值偏低是1期进展至2期,或者说是手足口病普通病例发展成重症病例的危险因素。
Objective: To explore the correlation analysis of laboratory index characteristics in children's hand-foot-mouth disease.Methods: Correlated laboratory index characteristics of 56 cases of severe and critical hand-foot-mouth disease were analyzed. Results:The leukocyte count,C-reactive protein,blood sugar and neutral cell percentage of the cases increased obviously. The blood gas analysis indicated acidosis. The leukocyte count and the total disease course presented a low negative correlation( r =- 0. 368,P 〈0. 05) and it was true of the neutral cell percentage and the time of disease course I to II( r =- 0. 29,P 〈0. 05). The blood gas analysis PH and the time of disease course I to II was lowly correlated( r = 0. 317,P 〈0. 05),while the C-reactive protein,blood sugar,blood gas analysis BE had no obvious correlation with the length and progress of the disease course. Conclusion: The increase of white blood cell value is the danger factor of the disease progress from course I to III. The increase of the neutral cell percentage and the decrease of blood gas analysis p H is regarded as the danger factor for the progress of hand-foot-mouth disease.
