摘要
为推动加油站向多元化服务方向发展,应在精确定位客户需求的基础上,借助移动信息推送技术,适时向客户推荐加油站的商品或服务。从而满足客户个性化服务需求,实现成品油销售企业终端销售环节的低成本精准营销。文章通过探讨加油站个性化服务推荐系统的构建和应用方法,为企业发展提供一些思路。
This paper presents a new system of recommending products and services of gas station to clients based on exact customer demand with the help of push notification technology. This can meet clients' requirements of personalized service and accomplish low-cost precision marketing of retail business. This paper also explores a method of building a gas station personalized service recommending system, hoping it could be helpful for the development of the enterprise.
