摘要
以芜湖市承接我国服务外包产业转移为背景,芜湖市服务外包产业集群企业的发展动态为研究动向,通过了解我国的服务外包产业发展状况,在已有的研究基础上,提出竞争力因素模型图.采用因子分析法,从资源投入与配置、企业管理、政策环境、创新能力、企业间合作和人才6个方面设置问卷调查,对调研获得的数据进行SPSS统计分析,发现企业集群竞争力和资源投入与配置、企业间合作、创新能力、人才4个方面存在明显的线性关系.针对研究结果对提升芜湖市服务外包产业集群企业竞争力提出相应的策略支持,同时为政府制定服务外包产业集群政策提供参考.
Based on the development of service outsourcing industry in China and the development trend of service outsourcing industry cluster in Wuhu City,this paper puts forward a model of competitive factors.Adopting the factor analysis method,we conduct a questionnaire survey in terms of the following aspects：the resource input and allocation,enterprise management,policy environment,innovation ability,cooperation between enterprises,and talents.In addition,SPSS is used to analyse the data.Then we find that there is obvious linear relationship between enterprise cluster competitiveness,and such aspects as resoutce investment and allocation,inter firm cooperation,innovation ablilty,and talents.According to the research results,the paper puts forward the corresponding strategies to enhance the competitiveness of the service outsoutcing industry cluster in Wuhu,which,in the meantime,are of ceratain reference value for the government＇s formulating the policy of service outsourcing industry cluster.
