摘要
根据排气系统的实物数据使用CATIA软件建立合理的简化几何模型,保存为ANSYS Workbench能够识别的格式并将其导入到该软件中,再经过合理的网格划分后生成排气系统的有限元模型,对该模型进行静力分析。该分析可为排气系统安装、吊耳优化提供一定依据。
According to the physical data of exhaust system, CATIA software was used to establish a reasonable simplified geometric mod- el which was saved for the format of the ANSYS Workbench could recognize. The model was imported into the software, after a reasonable meshing process, the finite element model of the exhaust system was generated. Then static analysis for the model was made. The research can pro- vide some basis for exhaust system installation and optimization.
