摘要
根据江汉平原某高速公路地勘资料和设计资料,建立了其工艺性单桩荷载试验和单桩复合地基荷载试验弹塑性有限元模型,得到桩长与单桩承载力的变化规律、单桩复合地基中桩体荷载分担率的变化规律及桩体强度与单桩和单桩复合地基承载力的关系。研究结果表明:在水泥土搅拌桩桩深达到持力层后,其单桩承载力的增加幅度趋缓;合理控制水泥掺入量、充分考虑水泥土的时间效应是控制桩体成桩质量的有效手段;水泥土搅拌桩单桩复合地基的桩体荷载分担率与桩体强度密切相关;桩体达到临塑状态时,其桩体荷载分担率开始下降。
According to geological prospecting data and design documents of a highway in Jiang-Han plain,the single pile load test and the load test of single pile composite foundation of the cement soil mixing pile by the elastic-plastic finite element method are studied.The relationship between the bearing capacity of the pile length and the bearing capacity of single pile,the load sharing ratio of the pile in the composite foundation,the relationship between the strength of the piles and the bearing capacity of the single pile composite foundation are obtained.The results show that the bearing capacity of the sin-gle pile of cement soil mixing pile is influenced by the pile length.When the pile is reached to the bearing layer,the growth rate of the bearing capacity of single pile is slo-wing down.Reasonable control of cement content and considering time effect of cement soil is an effective method to control the quality of the pile.The load sharing ratio and the strength of the pile body is closely related to the cement soil mixing pile composite foundation,when the pile body reaches the plastic state,it begins to fall.
