摘要
目的分析乡镇卫生院医院预防感染管理的对策,进一步提高卫生院医院感染管理水平。方法选取5家乡镇卫生院作为具体研究对象,分析当前乡镇卫生院医院感染管理工作中主要存在的问题,并提出积极有效的对策。结果5家乡镇卫生院当中感染管理工作均存在不同程度的问题,建立完善制度、加强培训学习、提高认识以及分工明确可有效降低医院感染发生率。结论对于基层乡镇卫生院来说,需强化全院医护人员感染控制管理意识,加强监督管理,完善基础设施建设,才能从根本上提高感染管理工作水平。
Objective To analyze the preventive measures of hospital infection management in township hospitals, further improve the management of hospital infection in the hospital. Methods A total of five township hospitals as the research object, the analysis of the current management of the main problems existing in the hospital infection in township hospitals,and put forward effective measures. Results Five township hospitals in infection management are different problems, establishing and perfecting the system, strengthening the training and learning, enhance understanding and clear division of labor can effectively reduce the incidence of nosocomial infection. Condusion The township level, the need to strengthen the management of the hospital medical staff awareness of infection control, strengthen supervision and management, improve the construction of infrastructure, in order to fundamentally improve the infection management level.
