摘要
文中针对矿业城市生态环境问题与生态宜居城市建设需求,以淮北市为例从生态规划建设与采煤沉陷关系入手,开展了矿业宜居城市生态规划建设关键技术研究;开发了矿业城市总体规划技术、采煤沉陷区湿地水资源保护与维系技术、高潜水位大面积积水区人工湿地陆域构建技术;解决了矿业城市生态规划建设与沉陷区湿地构建等关键技术问题;实现了矿业城市可持续发展,并且研究了采煤沉陷区土地利用演变与城市发展规律。
Great demands are being placed on mining industrial cities to solve the environmental destruction and to build an ecological livable city. Thus, exemplified by Huaibei one of the mining cities, the present paper firstly clarifies the relationship between the ecological construction and the mining subsidence, based on which, it makes studies on the key technologies of an ecological livable city construction in mining industrial cities, including the technologies of urban mater planning, water conservation and maintenance in wetlands of mining subsidence areas and land constructions of constructed wetlands in vast water accumulated areas of higher underground water. Tech- nologies mentioned above provides the core technology for the ecological construction in mining industrial cities and wetlands construction in mining subsidence areas, which makes it feasible for the sustainable development of cities a- like. And meanwhile the paper also studies the land utilization change and the law of urban development.
