摘要
在高校环境中,师生关系是最为基本且重要的关系,是整个教育过程的基础。在国家推进世界一流大学和一流学科建设的大背景下,高校和谐的师生关系对于培养高素质的人才,提升整体教育水平具有重要意义。为了构建和谐的高校师生关系,以我国高校现状分析为基础,发现目前高校的师生关系呈现多关系层次杂糅的状态,并通过分析影响因素,提出了具体的构建对策。
Under college environment, teacher-student relationship is the most basic and important relationship, which is also the basis of the whole education process. In the context of the promotion of world-class universities and the construction of the first-class disciplines, the harmonious teacher-student relationship in colleges is of great significance to cultivate high-quality talents and improve the overall level of education. In order to build a harmo- nious relationship between teachers and students in colleges, on the basis of analysis of China＇s colleges, it has been found that the teacher-student relationship has multi-hierarchy hybridity at present, and through the analysis of the influence factors, specific construction strategies has been put forward.
