摘要
为全面提升本科教育教学质量,充分体现以人为本的办学理念,进一步深化人才培养模式改革,各高校陆续推行了转专业工作。作为沈阳师范大学转专业工作的文件制定参与人员及具体组织实施人员,以实际工作开展情况为例,阐述了工作的意义,明确了工作的实质,分析了开展的困境,并分层面的提出具体措施以促进其有效的开展,以期能对高校人才培养模式改革提供部分参考和启发。
In order to comprehensively improve the teaching quality of undergraduate education, fully embody the concept of people-oriented education, and further deepen the reform of personnel training mode, the colleges and universities have carried out the transfer of professional work. As one of the participants and organizers of file making in the Shenyang Normal University, the writer takes the actual work as an example, expounds the significance of the work, clarifies the essence of the work, analyzes the plight of the development, and puts forward specific measures to promote it effectively at levels, in order to provide some reference and inspiration for college tal- ent training mode reform.
