摘要
民生档案是各级党委、政府、各部门单位在保障民生、服务民生工作中形成的真实记录,是维护人民群众权益的原始凭证。切实加强民生档案建设,加大档案宣传力度,建立健全民生档案管理的法规制度体系,及时向社会提供民生档案信息,提高档案利用效率,努力使民生档案在服务地方经济发展、服务百姓生活中发挥更好更大的作用。
People＇s livelihood archives is the true record of all levels of Party committees,governments,departments and units in the protection of people＇s livelihood,service livelihood work,is the original certificate to safeguard the rights and interests of the people. It is necessary to strengthen people＇s livelihood archives construction and the propaganda,establish and perfect the system of laws and regulations of livelihood archives management,timely provide the community with livelihood archives information,improve the efficiency of file use to make it play a better and greater role in the service of the local economic development and the service life of the people.
