摘要
探讨了建设项目环境影响后评价的定义、适用范围及工作内容。同时分析了典型行业环境影响后评价的重点,并指出了建设项目环境影响后评价存在的主要问题,提出了改进和完善的建议。以期为大力推动环境影响后评价工作、完善全过程环境管理提供依据。
The definition, applicable object and content of environment impact post-assessment of construction project have been discussed. Meanwhile, the key point on the typical industry of environmental impact post- assessment and the existing problems of theory are analyzed. It also puts forward some valuable advices. This study provides a basis for promoting environmental impact assessment and improving the environmental management.
