摘要
以5株京桃的成熟种子为材料,在相同环境条件下进行株间发芽能力比较研究,结果表明:在温度为0℃~5℃低温条件下沙藏层积90 d、15℃~25℃增温处理14 d,可有效打破休眠而使种子萌发并达到可播种状态;播后9 d有种子萌发出土,胚芽出土方式为留壳出土,15 d苗木出齐.株间种子发芽率变动于16%~75%之间,平均值为44%,最高为最低4.7倍,遗传差异极其显著.
The comparative research of seed emergence ability of individual plant in the same environmental condition bychoosing mature seeds of 5 Prunus davidiana. The result showed that it can achieve seed germination by breaking dormancyand get the state of sowing in the condition of 0℃~5℃, storing seeds in stacking sand for 90 days, 15℃~ 25℃ warmingtreatment for 14 days. The seed germination was after 9 days. The germ emergence way was retaining shell for 15 d. Theseed emergence rate of individual plant was between 16% and 15% . The average value was 44% . The highest was 4. 7times as large as the lowest. The genetic difference was extremely significant.
