摘要
目的:观察活血美颗粒治疗日晒斑的疗效。方法:收集运用其他方法治疗后效果不显著的单纯性日晒斑患者60例,随机分为两组。治疗组:30例,采用活血美颗粒治疗;对照组:30例,采用维A酸治疗。结果:治疗组有效率为93.33%,患者得到明显的改善、副作用小,并且停药后复发率较低;对照组有效率为60.00%,两组疗效比较,有显著性差异(χ2=4.74,P<0.05)。结论:活血美颗粒治疗皮肤光老化日晒斑效果显著,值得推广。
Objective To observe and analyze the therapeutic effect of Huoxuemei granule on the treatment of solar lentigo. Methods After collected using other methods of treatment effect was not signiifcant Simple Day 60 cases of solar lentigo were randomly divided into two groups. Treatment group： 30 cases use the Huoxuemei granule to treatment. Control group： 30 cases use the vitamin A to treatment.Results Effective rate of treatment group was 93.33%, the patients were obviously improved,side effects, and lower recurrence rates after discontinuation; Effective rate of control group was 60%, to comparisonof two groups,there was signiifcant difference（χ^2=4.74,P〈0.05）.Conclusion The treatment of skin photo aging solar lentigo Huoxuemei granule effect is signiifcant,worthy of promotion.
