摘要
选择环保无污染的表面活性剂为原料,采用正交试验法对阴离子表面活性剂AES和非离子表面活性剂尼诺尔6501、APG以及两性离子表面活性剂BS-12进行了复配,得到基础的配方;再利用柑橘皮提取物具有杀菌和保湿双重功效的成分对配方进行调整,得到了状态良好、不伤手、具有保湿功效的洗手液产品。
The best formulation of sanitizer is obtained by screening out surfactants which are environmental and free from contamination,then anionic surfactant AES,nonionic surfactants 6501,APG and amphoteric BS-12 are compounded in orthogonal experiment. Citrus peel extract is used to obtain the components of the sanitizer,which have effect of preserving moisture and sterilization.Finally the formula is designed to get the sanitizer with the efficacy of sterilizing and moisturizing.
