摘要
锻造铝合金轮毂性能优良,但是其锻造造型单一、工艺复杂、价格昂贵,采用半闭式预锻-开式终锻的新工艺来成形汽车铝合金轮毂,并对其锻造过程运用DEFORM软件进行数值模拟,基本达到工艺规格的轮毂锻件,为生产优质、低成本的汽车锻造铝合金轮毂提供了理论依据和工艺参数。
Forging formed Al-alloy car wheel hub has excellent performance, but it is with single modelling and complex and expensive process. In this paper, a kind of new technology of forging forming for aluminum alloy wheel hub was developed, and the process of forging was numerically simulated by DEFORM software. The practice show that the forging process can produce Al-alloy car wheel hubs with high quality and low cost.
