摘要
以6082-T6铝和商业纯铜为对象,研究了Al-Cu的连续驱动摩擦焊,利用光学显微镜、扫描电子显微镜和X射线衍射分析技术分析了焊接界面的微结构。结果表明,接头的拉伸强度比铝母材的强度高3.8%。焊接接头的拉伸断裂位置发生在铝侧,断裂形貌表明失效形式为韧窝状结构的韧性断裂。
The microstructure and mechanical properties of aluminum and copper dissimilar materials friction welding were studied by optical microscope, scanning electron microscope(SEM) and X-ray diffraction analysis. The results show that the joint's tensile strength is higher than the strength of the aluminum by 3.8%. Tensile fracture of the welded joint occurrs in aluminum side and the fracture morphology shows that the failure mode is ductile fracture with dimple structure.
