摘要
研究了不同球磨时间对La_2Mg_(17)-200wt.%Ni复合合金显微结构及电化学性能的影响。结果表明,随着球磨时间的延长,Ni颗粒逐渐细化,并形成了均匀的La_2Mg_(17)-Ni非晶合金;复合合金的颗粒尺寸先减小后增大,当球磨时间为90 h时,合金的颗粒尺寸最小;复合合金的充电阻力先减小后增大,其放电容量则先增大后减小,当球磨时间为90 h时,复合合金的充电阻力最小,其放电容量最大;合金的高倍率放电性能随着球磨时间的增大先增大后减小,当球磨时间为90 h时,合金具有最大的高倍率放电性能。
The influence of ball-milling time on the microstructure and electro-chemical properties of La2Mg(17)-200 wt.%Ni was studied. Results show that, with the increase of ball-milling time, the particle size of Ni decreases and uniform La2Mg(17)-Ni alloy is formed; the particle size of composite alloy decreases first then increases, it reaches its minimum when the time is 90 h; the charging resistance of composite alloy decreases first then increases, and the discharge capacity of composite alloy increases first then decreases, it reaches its minimum charging resistance and maximum discharge capacity when the ball-milling time is 9 h; high rate discharge of composite alloy increases first then decreases, it reaches its maximum when the time is 90 h.
