摘要
目的:探讨芍药甘草汤对晚期癌症患者生活质量的临床效果。方法:将我院自2013年1月—2015年3月接受治疗的150例晚期癌症患者,随机分为研究组81例,对照组69例。对照组患者予以对症治疗,研究组患者在对症治疗的基础上给予芍药甘草汤,观察两组患者的治疗后状况。结果:研究组患者食欲改善率为88.89%,体重改善率为87.65%,KPS评分改善率为97.75%,疼痛缓解有效率为53.09%,与对照组相比差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:使用芍药甘草汤能够显著改善癌症晚期患者生活质量,降低疼痛感,可在临床上推广使用。
Objective：Explore the clinical effect of Peony Liquorice Decoction improve quality of life in patients with advanced cancer. Methods：Collectted 150 patients with adanced cancer in our hospital beween January 2013 to March 2015,randomly divided patients into study group of 81 cases,control group of 69 cases. The control group was treated with symptomatic treatment,study group was treated with Peony Liquorice Decoction combined with symptomatic treatment. Observe the clinical efficacy of two groups of patients. Results：The improvement rate of appetite was 88.89% in the study group,the improvement rate of weight was 87.65% in the study group,the improvement rate of KPS score was 97.75% in the study group,pain relief rate was 53.09% in the study group,all have significant difference with control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Use peony liquorice decoction can significantly improve the quality of life in patients with terminal cancer.
