摘要
城乡一体化是经济发展的必然选择和国家现代化的体现,农村在其中起着重要的基础作用。因为农村现代化的进程如何,直接关系到城乡融合和国家整体现代化的实现。全面、系统、科学分析城乡一体化条件下新农村建设的存在问题及其实现路径,对实现农村健康发展和城乡互动,实现城乡共同富裕和全面建设小康社会,确保现代化建设稳步推进十分必要。
Urban-rural integration is the inevitable choice of economic development and the embodiment of national modernization,in which the countryside plays an essential role,because how the process of rural modernization is going on,is directly related to the overall modernization and national integration of urban and rural areas. It is very necessary to analyze problems and the way of its implementation of urban and rural integration comprehensively,systematically and scientifically under the background of new rural construction in order to promote the healthy development in rural areas and urban-rural interaction,common prosperity of urban and rural areas,build a well-off society in an all-round way and ensure to realization of modernization steadily.
