摘要
目的:通过了解医院手卫生现状,对存在的问题,采取相应整改措施,提高手卫生依从性,保障医疗安全。方法:逐步改善手卫生设施,完善制度,增加培训、督导次数和手卫生监测人数,并将手卫生列入绩效考核之中,定期汇总分析,持续改进。结果:通过持续改进后,尤其是接触患者前手卫生依从性由8.0%提高到34.2%;接触患者后由58.5%提高到77.8%;无菌操作前由57.2%提高到78.0%;接触患者环境后由44.5%提高到72.4%;接触患者体液后由96.2%提高到100%。结论:在手卫生管理的全过程中,通过不断的持续改进,不断规范医务人员手卫生的行为,有效地提高了医务人员手卫生依从性。
Objective：To evaluate the hygienic status in the hospital and take corresponding measures to improve hand hygiene compliance for the protection of medical safety. Methods： Measures were gradually taken to improve hand hygiene facilities, perfect the system, increase training, and supervise hand hygiene times and the number of monitors. Furthermore, hand hygiene was included in the performance assessment to be col- lected and analyzed periodically so as to get continuous improvement. Results：By such measures, the rate of pre - contact hand hygiene compliance increased from 8% to 34.2% ; The rate of after - contact increased from 58.5 % to 77.8 % ; The rate before aseptic operation increased from 57. 2 % to 78 % ; The rate after the contact with the patient environment increased from 44.5% to 72.4 % ; The rate of hand hygiene compliance after contact with body fluids of patients increased from 96.2% to 100 %. Conclusions： In the whole process of hand hygiene management, the hand hygiene situation of medical staff is effectively increased by continuous improvement and standardization of medical staff hand hygiene compliance.
