摘要
目的:对慢性胃溃疡患者进行内科针对性临床护理干预效果进行评估。方法:随机抽取2012年9月到2014年12月的84例慢性胃溃疡患者,根据护理干预方法不同将患者分为两组,对照组实施常规护理,观察组患者实施具有针对性的护理干预方法,比较患者溃疡消失时间、止血时间、住院时间及护理满意度。结果:观察组患者溃疡消失时间、止血时间、住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者对护理工作总满意度为92.9%,高于对照组的73.8%(P<0.05)。结论:对慢性胃溃疡患者积极采取内科治疗的基础上,开展具有针对性的临床护理干预服务,有助于患者尽快康复,提高患者对临床工作的满意程度,值得推广。
Objective ： To evaluate the clinical effect of targeted nursing intervention in internal medicine for patients with chronic gastric ul- cer. Methods：According to the nursing intervention methods, 84 cases of chronic gastric ulcer patients randomly selected from September 2012 to December 2014 were divided into two groups, the control group given routine nursing, and the observation group given targeted nursing intervention methods, for comparison with patients between the two groups in ulcer disappeared time, the bleeding time, length of hospital stay and nursing satisfaction. Results： In the observation group, ulcer disappeared time, the bleeding time, short hospitalization time were significantly shorter than those in the control group （ P 〈0.05 ）. The total nursing satisfaction in the observation group was 92.9%, significantly higher than that in the control group （73.8 % ）, with significant difference in the two groups （ P 〈0.05 ）. Conclusion：The targeted services with clinical nursing intervention on the basis of medical treatment in patients with chronic gastric ulcer helps patients restore health as soon as possible, and effectively improve patients＇ satisfaction of clinical work, which is worthy of promoting.
