摘要
目的探讨纳米银联合桂枝茯苓浓缩水丸治疗宫颈糜烂的临床疗效。方法选择2014年1月~2015年12月在我院就诊的社区已婚育龄女性宫颈糜烂患者180例,随机分为治疗组和对照组各90例。两组均给予抗生素治疗,治疗组在抗生素治疗的基础上给予纳米银联合桂枝茯苓浓缩水丸治疗,对照组在抗生素治疗的基础上给予消糜栓治疗,两组均7天为1疗程,均治疗4个疗程,8周后复查宫颈糜烂愈合情况。结果两组疗效比较,治疗组有效81例,有效率90%;对照组有效64例,有效率71.11%。两组比较差异具有显著统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论纳米银联合桂枝茯苓浓缩水丸治疗宫颈糜烂的效果显著,且无毒副反应,使用方法简单易行,值得临床推广使用。
Objective To discuss the clinic curative effect of nano-silver combining with Guizhi Fuling capsule on cervical erosion. Methods 180 patients who were married and in childbearing age with cervical erosion received and treated by our center from Jan.,2014 to Dec.,2015 were selected as the research objects and divided into treatment group and control group randomly.Antibiotic therapy was given to both groups.For treatment group,treatment of nano-silver combining with Guizhi Fuling condensed water-bindered pills was applied.For control group,except antibiotic therapy,anti-cervical erosion suppository was applied.Four courses of treatment（seven days for each course）were applied for the two groups.Then recheck the cure of cervical erosion in eight weeks. ResultsThere were 81 cured patients in treatment group,accounting for 90% of the total number of patients in the group;while in control group,there were 64 cured patients,accounting for 71.11%.The difference of cured patient rate between the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Treatment of nano-silver combining with Guizhi Fuling condensed water.bindered pills has obvious clinic curative effect on cervical erosion and no side effect,which is worth of promotion due to easy to use.
