摘要
目的探讨古拉定联合三七脂肝丸治疗酒精性脂肪肝的临床效果。方法选取我院2013年2月~2015年2月收治的酒精性脂肪肝患者90例为研究对象,按照抽签法随机分为观察组和对照组各45例。观察组患者采用古拉定联合三七脂肝丸治疗,对照组患者采用甘草酸二铵和硫普罗宁治疗,观察两组的治疗效果和并发症的发生情况。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率为95.6%,明显优于对照组的80.0%,差异有统计学意义（χ2=5.0748,P〈0.05）;两组并发症发生率比较,观察组为8.9%,对照组28.9%,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论采用古拉定联合三七脂肝丸治疗酒精性脂肪肝的临床效果显著,可有效缓解患者的病痛,降低并发症发生率,具有较高的临床应用价值。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of glutathione combining with notoginseng fatty liver pills on the treatment of alcoholic fatty liver. Methods Select 90 cases of patients with alcoholic fatty liver disease received and cured by our hospital from February 2013 to February 2015 as observed objects,and randomly divide them into observation group and control group with 45 cases respectively according to sortation method.The patients in observation group were treated with glutathione combining with notoginseng fatty liver pills,while the patients in control group were treated with diammonium glycyrrhizinate and tiopronin.Observe the therapeutic effects and complication incidence in these two groups. Results The total effective treatment rate of the patients in observation group was 95.6%,significantly better than the 80.0%in control group,and the difference was statistically significant（χ2=5.0748,P〈0.05）;as for the comparison of complication incidence in the two groups,the complication incidence in observation group was 8.9% while that in control group was 28.9%,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical effect of glutathione combining with notoginseng fatty liver pills on the treatment of alcoholic fatty liver is obvious,which can effectively relieve the pain of patients,reduce the occurrence rate of complications,thus have high clinic application value.
