摘要
根据热钢坯闪光焊工艺的要求,设计了一种应用于钢坯闪光焊机夹持动作的液压系统,并使用液压仿真软件AMESim进行了数字建模和仿真.仿真结果表明:该系统能够满足钢坯闪光焊接对夹持液压系统动作时间和夹持力的要求.
Based on the technological requirements of heating steel billet flash butt welding,a hydraulic system is designed for the clamping of the steel billet flash butt welding machine. Then,simulation software AMESim is used to establish the digital model and hydraulic simulation system. The simulation results show that the system can meet the requirements of clamp force and acting time of the hydraulic system which is designed for the clamping of the steel billet flash butt welding.
